Anti-Modern Slavery Statement
Statement of Policy
This Statement is made on behalf of Rep Nutrition Ltd pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Rep Nutrition Ltd's Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
At Rep, we are committed to conducting our business ethically, with integrity and transparency in all that we do. We recognise that modern slavery is a crime and a serious violation of fundamental human rights. It can take many forms, including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, debt bondage and human trafficking.
We operate a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to preventing it within our own business and throughout our supply chain.
Our Business
Rep is a UK-based drinks brand involved in the development, sourcing, marketing and distribution of beverage products. We work with manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, packaging suppliers, logistics providers and other business partners across the United Kingdom and internationally.
Our Commitment
We are committed to:
- Conducting business fairly, ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Respecting and promoting internationally recognised human rights.
- Ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place within our business or supply chain.
- Working only with suppliers and partners who share our commitment to ethical and responsible business practices.
Supply Chain and Due Diligence
We recognise that certain areas of the food and beverage supply chain may present an increased risk of modern slavery. We therefore seek to minimise these risks through proportionate due diligence and responsible supplier management.
Our approach includes:
- Working with reputable suppliers that comply with applicable employment, labour and human rights legislation.
- Expecting suppliers to maintain a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, forced labour and human trafficking.
- Assessing suppliers, where appropriate, before entering into commercial relationships.
- Reviewing supplier practices where concerns or potential risks are identified.
- Taking appropriate action where evidence of non-compliance is found, including requiring corrective action or, where necessary, terminating supplier relationships.
Employment Practices
We are committed to maintaining fair, lawful and ethical employment practices.
Our recruitment and people management processes are designed to:
- Verify that all employees have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Ensure that employment is freely chosen and that no form of forced or compulsory labour is used.
- Provide equal opportunities and promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Maintain a safe, respectful and non-discriminatory working environment.
- Comply with all applicable UK employment legislation.
Reporting Concerns
We encourage employees, contractors, suppliers and business partners to raise any concerns relating to unethical conduct, modern slavery or human trafficking.
Any concerns raised will be treated seriously and investigated appropriately. Individuals who report concerns in good faith will not suffer retaliation or detriment as a result of doing so.
Training and Awareness
As our business grows, we are committed to increasing awareness of modern slavery risks within our organisation. Relevant employees will receive appropriate guidance and training to help them recognise potential indicators of modern slavery and understand how concerns should be reported.
Continuous Improvement
Preventing modern slavery requires ongoing vigilance and continuous improvement. We are committed to regularly reviewing our policies, supplier relationships and due diligence procedures to strengthen our approach and reduce the risk of exploitation throughout our operations and supply chain.
This Statement will be reviewed annually and updated where necessary to ensure it remains appropriate to the nature, scale and activities of Rep Nutrition Ltd.
