Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse you’ll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
If you have an account you can also login to see if your order has been fulfilled.

We work with a range of trusted couriers — including Royal Mail, EVRi, DPD, and DHL — to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Your courier is selected automatically based on your location, order size, and delivery option (Standard or Next Day). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
All our drinks are proudly made and packaged in the UK using premium, responsibly sourced ingredients.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after you place your order which should include information about the expected ship date(s) for your items. You'll also receive another email once your order ships.
If you wish to change or have entered an incorrect delivery address, please send us the updated delivery address asap. We aim to despatch all orders within 24hours so we can’t always guarantee it can be changed if your order has been shipped already.
We process all orders within 24 hours of placing your order so it’s not always possible to make changes to your design or order. If for any reason your order is incorrect or you wish to change something please notify us as quickly as possible. After this time we cannot guarantee it can be changed

Absolutely. You can pause, change, or cancel anytime through your account dashboard.
We’re happy to accept returns for unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Just contact support@drinkrep.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Please note: for health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened or partially used products.
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
If your item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order, please get in touch and we’ll make it right straight away — no hassle.

Yes, our aluminium cans are 100% recyclable. During recycling, the printed sleeve is removed in the de-coating stage and converted into energy at the Novelis recycling facility.
We use UK-based production, recyclable materials, and minimal packaging.
